To ensure the highest quality finish, vehicles must be delivered to SSD Wraps thoroughly cleaned and free of wax, grease, road tar, and debris.

• Prep Fee: A professional decontamination and cleaning fee (starting at $100) will be applied if the vehicle requires additional preparation.
• Pre-existing Damage: SSD Wraps is not responsible for pre-existing damage (chips, scratches, or oxidation) that may be visible or magnified once the wrap is applied.

Vinyl film is designed to be applied to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) factory paint in good condition.

• Aftermarket Paint: We cannot guarantee the bond or safe removal of vinyl on aftermarket paint, resprays, or repaired bodywork.
• Paint Lifting: SSD Wraps is not liable for paint/clear coat lifting during installation or removal on any non-OEM or compromised surfaces.

• Deposits: A set amount will be asked given with your total quote given that every job has a different price, Deposit can vary from job to job, but it is required to secure your booking and order materials. 
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due strictly upon completion of the work. Vehicles will not be released until the invoice is paid in full.
• Cancellations: Deposits are forfeited if a booking is cancelled.

A vinyl wrap is a handcrafted product and is not a replacement for a factory paint job. While we aim for perfection, industry standards acknowledge that:

• Minor "nibs" (tiny dust particles) may be visible upon close inspection.
• Relief cuts or small seams may be necessary in deep recesses or complex curves.
• Slight color stretching may occur in deep channels.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions will void your installation warranty.

• Curing Period: Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days after installation if cold weather, or 4 days under warmer weather condtions.
• Washing: Hand wash only. Use only wrap-safe detergents.
• Prohibited: Never use automated brush car washes. Use extreme caution with pressure washers; keep the nozzle at least 12 inches away and never spray directly at the edges of the vinyl.

SSD Wraps provides a Lifetime peel back warranty covering bubbling or peeling caused by installation error.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from road debris (rock chips), chemical spills, bird droppings, accidents, or neglect.

• Storage Fees: Vehicles left more than 48 hours after completion notice may be subject to a storage fee of $50 per day.
